Barrington's Quinn Bireley, with the help of his two sisters, recently collected nearly 10,000 pieces of candy, and will donate it all to the Amos House soup kitchen in Providence.

Quinn, a fifth-grader at Wheeler School, has, for the last three years, collected candy during the Halloween season and donated it to Amos House.

"We are so happy to be able to do our small part in supporting their mission by making their guest's days a little bit sweeter," said Quinn's mom, Maya.

Amos House provides daily meals, recovery-based shelter, permanent supportive housing, vocational and literacy training, and jobs to those in need.
