Patriotic Pie for the Fourth of July

Think mini red, white and blue vanilla bean mousse cakes, white chocolate-dipped strawberries with sparkly blue sprinkles and cupcakes. But the real showstopper would be the strawberry-blueberry tart with a stars and stripes crust. We wouldn’t blame you if you felt compelled to stand up and salute this dessert.
