Lisa (Kirk) Cochran

Lisa (Kirk) Cochran, 47, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017.

She was a beloved daughter of Raymond and Juanita (Johanson) Kirk. Born in Providence, as a young girl, Lisa participated in events held by The Shriners. She was also a recipient of their generous services. Lisa attended Camp Hemlocks in CT, where she later became a counselor. She attended Meeting Street School, where she was a former poster child. Lisa was a graduate of Toll Gate High School. She was an active member of the MDA. Lisa loved cats, especially David, and enjoyed Sci-Fi and Vampire Diaries. She always kept in touch with friends and relatives. Lisa also enjoyed pen paling and bingo for many years.

She was the loving sister of Raymond Kirk, II and his wife, Jackie, and Gary Kirk and his wife, Sherry. Lisa is also survived by her uncle Howard Johanson and his wife, Mary Anne, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and her best friend and long-term caregiver, Jenifer Cross.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 4-7 p.m. with a service at 7 p.m. in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick.
