GIRLS’ LACROSSE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR: Grace Sarah

Junior attack Grace Sarah is the Sun Rise’s Girls’ Lacrosse Athlete of the Year after helping to lead the Panthers to a Division III championship this spring.

She was 14th in the state with 53 goals, and her 65 points were good for 17th in the state. Sarah netted two of those goals to help lift the Panthers over previously unbeaten Westerly, 7-6, in the title game.

She was a First Team All-Division selection.
