Bristol Police: Multiple warrant arrests in town

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests last week:

John Manuel Almeida, 42, of 2 Scott Lane, Bristol, was arrested on a Superior Court bench warrant Feb. for failure to appear in court on a previous charge of disorderly conduct. He was taken into custody at 5 a.m. on Metacom Avenue.

Matthew D. Waddell, 29, of Hope Street, Bristol, was charged with domestic assault after police were called to the area for reports of a domestic disturbance at 8:30 a.m.

Conceito Medeiros, 51, of 380 High St., Bristol, was arrested on a 6th District Court bench warrant.

ICYMI: Gallison pleads guilty to 9 felonies

Amber Nolan, 19, of 5 Algonquin Drive, Middletown, was arrested on a 6th District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for her arraignment on a previous charge of domestic violence. She was arrested after a passer-by flagged an officer down on Franklin Street at 1:30 p.m. March 1.

Jonathan J. McGinn, 22, of 31 Pearse Ave., Apt. 1, Bristol, was arrested March 2 on two bench warrants for failure to appear in court on previous charges of taking shellfish from polluted waters and obstructing a police officer.

Matthew Chauvin, 34, of 8 Rosita Ave., Bristol, was arrested on a 6th District Court bench warrant for failure to appear.
Paul Haddad, 58, of 556 Everett St., Westwood, Mass., was arrested March 4 on a Providence Police warrant.

Kevin Debrito, 31, of 80 Anthony Ave., Pawtucket, was arrested March 5 on a 6th District Court bench warrant for a previous non-criminal charge.
