The Benjamin Barton House graces Warwick Neck Ave through out the year. But it is the Christmas Season that she conjures up Chistmases of long ago. Built in 1795, the Barton House remains firm in her sentinle stance at 380 Warwick Neck Ave. The front entry displays a real fruit Fan and wreath designed and made by the home owners Anthony and Barbara Postizzi. A large pineapple on a bed of Magnolia leaves dominates the center portion of this beautiful fan. The lights, while not over done, reflect perfectly the stately manor of this Warwick Neck Gem. As you drive by one can only imagine the warmth and charm of an Early American Christmas that awaits you inside.
