What’s your favorite spot in Warwick?
I love Oakland Beach. Whether I visit during the day to catch some sun and eat some clam cakes, or visit at night to have an Iggy Burger and some doughboys, it's always relaxing and beautiful (and tasty!)

What do you do on your days off?
What are those?! On my (limited) days off I like to relax, read and spend time with my family and friends. I also try to frequent local animal shelters to walk dogs and play with kittens. But usually, when I'm not working at the Beacon, I spend time rehearsing and performing for my other passion, musical theater.

Tell us something unexpected about yourself.
I love improv comedy, and I perform it weekly, with Improv Jones in Providence at Perishable Theater. I've been improvising semi-professionally since I was 17. I guess that means I'm pretty funny...unexpected enough?

If you weren't in journalism, what would you do for a living?
When I was younger, I always wanted to be a clown and a doctor -- simultaneously. Maybe I would have pursued that path. I'm sure I would have been really successful.

What's your dream vacation?
I love going to Florida. I think my dream vacation would include a visit to Disney World and an extended stay in the Keys.
